NJHL Weekend Recap: November 8th - 10th

The Remembrance Day weekend saw the league leading Edson Eagles, in their poppy laden third jerseys, beat the South Divisions Vulcan Rampage twice in their two game set. The Crowsnest Crush continued their dominance in the South by defeating the Thunder twice, including a close 4-2 decision on Friday in Crowsnest. The reigning league champions High Prairie Redwings beat the pioneers 5-2 at home Saturday while the lightning won at home 5-1 rounding out that evenings affairs… Sundays only tilt saw Lac La Biche skate to a 10-5 victory at home against the Rampage, where Raiden Perkins let the charge with 4 goals.
